With over a decade of experience as a licensed Realtor and nearly nine years as a Broker-in-Charge, Lindsay Collins has become a trusted name in North Carolina’s real estate market. As the co-founder of Crist Collins Realty and Cresfund Realty, as well as their respective property management divisions, Lindsay oversees the buying, selling, and management of homes across southeastern North Carolina—from the vibrant Triangle region to the coastal areas stretching from Wilmington to Winston-Salem.
Having grown up in Fayetteville, Lindsay brings deep, first-hand knowledge of the local real estate landscape, a critical edge she leverages to secure the best deals for her clients. Her journey has taken her from Fayetteville to major cities like Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and Charlotte, broadening her perspective and enriching her approach to real estate.

Lindsay earned her BA in Communications with a focus on Video and Media, which she applied early in her career working for IXL in corporate video production. This background has made her an expert communicator—an invaluable skill when managing real estate deals and collaborating with clients, investors, and executives.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys running and relaxing by the beach, passions that reflect her dynamic lifestyle and her commitment to balance in both her personal and professional life.
